From Watts Funeral Home: Ralph William Milligan, 64 of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, November 11, 2012. Ralph was born on January 1, 1948 in Sulphur, Oklahoma to George Milligan and Dorothy Brown Milligan. He graduated from the Byng High School and from East Central University. Ralph served his country in the National Guard before working as a conductor and training coordinator for BNSF Railroad. He retired in 2007 after 39 years of dedicated service. He was an accomplished drag racer and won the National Wally Award. Ralph was an avid fisherman and captain of his own houseboat. He will be greatly missed by his friends, family, railroad buddies, lake friends and especially his pets.
