A Fine and Fancy Thursday

Last Thursday I drove to Tulsa to hook up with Robert “R. E.” Stinson to have lunch. We met at my favorite Tulsa restaurant, and one where many benchmarks of relationships with my Tulsa peeps have been set. Everybody had a great time, and Robert and I chased down some of his kin on the walkover bridge along Riverside drive. Another great time.

After his folks left, Robert and I spent an hour or more on the bridge, making pictures. (I’ll write more about that on my teaching blog.)

We finished the day at sunset trying to photograph Oral Roberts University’s beautiful campus until security ran us off.

It was a great way to spend a Thursday.
