The internet has been abuzz for almost a week now about an approaching winter storm. The talk has been so frenzied it has achieved an almost sexual quality. I guess when the weather puts the beat-down on everyone, you can feel like you’re part of the big play.

Anyway, it was nice enough driving to town today for supplies that I was able to leave the sunroof open.

In case you were wondering, no, we were not running dangerously low on staple items like rice and gasoline. I was going to town today regardless of the weather situation.
