In the Ground

I got half of my garden planted today. I went to town and got three kinds of tomato plants, pepper plants, and onion sets, all of which are now in the ground. I also bought seeds for cucumbers, cantaloups, rainbow carrots, and marigolds, which I hope to get in tonight or tomorrow.

The garden is one of the best things in life.

  1. A garden is indeed a wonderful thing. I’m always glad when I see your harvest photos. :-)

(On a related note, my new maple began budding today, after four weeks of worrying us. Its friend the crabapple leafed out almost immediately.)
