Few and Far October 19, 2022 / Richard R. Barron Here are some images that I generated over the past few months around the house and the patch of Oklahoma where I live. Counting out .22lr rounds before some target practice Bird house at the neighbor’s, shot with Canon FD 50mm f/1.8 at f/1.8. This parfait glass was stored upside down for a decade, and collected a thick patina of dust. A shiny metal kettle hangs in a tree, waiting for a bird to occupy as its new home. This view of my living room is both bold and evocative. Ball point pens grab morning light. A spider’s web catches some sun at the golden moment, shot with the Canon FD 50mm f/1.8 at f/1.8 on my Fuji mirrorless camera. Tiny bubbles form in a wine glass.
