My hobbies include nature
photography,
hiking,
climbing, camping, flying, music, and film-making. I take most
of my vacations in the desert, which includes areas like the Colorado
Plateau, where Abby and I
got married, the Chihuahuan Desert, New Mexico, and the mountains
of Colorado. Photographic partners for these
adventures have included David Martin, Michael
Zeiler, Jamie Harrel, Robert Cote, David Wheelock, our son
A. Mitchell Garis,
and of course the lovely Abby S. M. Barron, my wonderful wife...
