Abby and I took delivery today of a Nissan Juke SL all-wheel-drive crossover. We went back and forth between the Juke and the Nissan Xterra, which would be my dream car if I lived in Colorado or Utah, but the Xterra is too thirsty for me to drive every day for my work. The Juke is small and nimble, gets excellent mileage, and has an over-the-top cool factor.
I traded in Jean Claude Grand Am, the Pontiac I bought ten years ago. Abby and I drove every one of the 183,000 miles on that car, and it was not easy to say goodbye.
As we drive the Juke and learn its ins and outs, I’ll let you know how we feel about it, but our initial impression is very positive.

With a combination of white exterior, dark tinted reader windows and hatch, and the coldest AC I have ever experienced, I think this vehicle will shed the heat pretty well.
Adorable, as is Abby’s top.
