Abby’s Photoblog

As many of you know, my wife Abby is a talented photographer whose work includes commercial web site material, magazine covers, and newspaper images. Many of you may not know, or may have forgotten, that I maintain a photoblog of her images. She and I are both proud of her photography, and one of the things we look forward to the most in our year is the time when we can travel together somewhere to make pictures. Shooting together always yields something that is more than the sum of the two of us.

So if you get the chance, her photoblog is abbybarron.net, and she would love for you to leave comments. As she says, “It’s not that I want people to brag on me. I just like comments.”

Abby makes pictures at the end of the Grand View Point trail in the Island in the Sky District of Canyonlands National Park, Utah, October 2010.

  1. I’ve really enjoyed seeing her images there over the past year or so. I’ve added her RSS feed to Google Reader, so I’m notified when she has new entries.

As with my wife, it’s amazing how a different brain will see the world (and capture it) so differently.
